- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Method
- 1 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a plate.
- 3 Reduce heat to medium, saute garlic for 30 seconds, then add broth, lemon zest, and juice.
- 4 Return chicken to skillet and simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
